This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Respond to incoming calls from customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to existing and potential customers interested in WOW! products and services.
• Assess customer requirements and suggest the most suitable products, services, features, and bundled solutions.
• Meet sales targets related to customer interactions, conversion rates, bundle sales, and Whole-Home Wi-Fi adoption.
• Organize and oversee sales leads while engaging in outbound follow-up efforts to cultivate new business opportunities.
• Process customer orders accurately while complying with installation, security, disclosure, and company regulations.
• Adhere to designated sales call protocols to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
• Stay updated on current products, packages, promotions, and policies.
• Relay customer feedback and competitive insights to management.
• Take part in coaching sessions, team meetings, training programs, and personal development activities.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Capability to articulate products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Comfortable with learning various systems and navigating technology in a dynamic environment.
• Skillful in reading and interpreting reports, sales metrics, product information, and training documents.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience.
• Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Experience with billing systems like ICOMS.
• Background in call centers or telecommunications.
