This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Interact with existing and potential customers to assist them in selecting the appropriate broadband solutions.
• Address inbound queries and conduct outbound follow-up calls.
• Leverage sales techniques to drive performance and meet sales objectives.
• Manage and track sales leads while engaging in outbound follow-up activities.
• Process customer orders accurately, ensuring compliance with installation and company standards.
• Adhere to established sales call protocols to enhance customer satisfaction and sales efficiency.
• Remain updated on current products, service packages, promotions, and policies.
• Relay customer feedback and competitive insights to management.
• Engage in coaching sessions, team meetings, and training initiatives.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service abilities.
• Competence in articulating products, services, and solutions clearly and professionally over the phone.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Teams.
• Aptitude for learning various systems and navigating technology in a dynamic environment.
• Capability to read and analyze reports, sales metrics, product details, and training documents.
• Preferred Qualifications: Over 1 year of sales experience.
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Background in billing systems, such as ICOMS.
• Experience in call centers or the telecommunications sector.
