This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Respond to incoming customer calls, providing a professional and friendly experience.
• Assess customer needs and suggest suitable protection plan solutions.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns and address them effectively.
• Maintain an average call volume of 80–100 calls per day.
• Achieve a minimum sales conversion rate of 4% from calls.
• Utilize persuasive communication to finalize sales and meet monthly targets.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Update and monitor customer account details and sales activities.
• Follow up on sales inquiries, ensuring prompt responses.
• Quickly build rapport to instill confidence in customers.
• Provide constructive feedback on performance trends and areas for improvement.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of all products and services available.
• No specific background is required; experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls and convert them into sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle a high volume of calls while remaining organized.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the capability to meet and exceed goals.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Persistent and results-driven, with the skill to overcome objections.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently and maintaining consistency.
