• Serve as the representative of Payoneer, assisting new SMB customers throughout their onboarding process.
• Facilitate the approval of new accounts and uncover additional revenue opportunities with our new clients on a large scale.
• Develop and sustain programmatic email sequences to arrange initial consultations within a substantial inbound lead pipeline.
• Acquire an in-depth understanding of customer international accounts payable/accounts receivable flows and spark interest in relevant offerings from the Payoneer financial and HR product suite.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to foster new business expansion in essential sectors such as e-commerce, IT services, BPOs, and beyond.
• Partner with customer service to guarantee a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.
• Examine customer trends and behaviors to pinpoint opportunities for scalable outreach and implement test-and-learn initiatives, serving as the voice of the customer within the Payoneer ecosystem.
• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Partnerships, and Operations to bolster new acquisition efforts.
• Actively provide feedback, insights, and suggestions during team meetings to aid in driving new business growth.
• 2-3+ years of experience in B2B SMB sales or service roles is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, or equivalent tools.
