Inbound Sales Representative – Insurance, Bank Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell additional products and services to current customers via inbound and outbound calls.

• Utilize the company’s systems and tools to achieve sales objectives within designated service timeframes.

• Follow up on leads generated from the website.

• Recognize sales opportunities from existing client quotes within 4–6-week campaigns.

• Keep precise and detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions.

• Notify management of potential growth areas in product, service, and educational sales.

• Address customer inquiries regarding claims.

• Proven track record in a Customer Service/Sales environment.

• Demonstrated capability to identify and fulfill customer needs through effective sales strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in using computer systems and software for recording sales activities and accessing customer information.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

• Capacity to learn new product and company information quickly.
