β’ Handle inbound, pre-qualified leads while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to a designated schedule with strong punctuality.
β’ Perform comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.
β’ Inform families about tailored senior care options, and assist in identifying the senior living communities and home care providers that best meet their requirements.
β’ Serve as the intermediary between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.
β’ A minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or an inbound call center environment.
β’ Proven track record of surpassing sales goals.
β’ Capability to multitask effectively; manage phone conversations while taking notes on a computer.
β’ Proficient computer and typing skills are essential, including knowledge of Word and Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate an internal CRM system.
