This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer service and sales initiatives for a diverse array of clients
• Address incoming inquiries and resolve basic technical problems
• Provide customers with top-quality products and services
• Engage with hundreds of customers on a weekly basis across the nation
• Effectively resolve customer support concerns
• Promote and sell new products and services
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Listen attentively to customers, comprehend their needs, and resolve issues
• Utilize systems and technology to perform account management duties
• Identify sales opportunities and leverage sales skills to enhance customer accounts
• Articulate and position products and processes effectively
• Escalate customer dissatisfaction to management when necessary
• Ensure first-call resolution through adept problem-solving and effective call management
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification
• Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient typing skills at a speed of 20+ words per minute
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
• Fundamental understanding of the Windows operating system
• Highly dependable with consistent attendance and punctuality
• Capability to assess, troubleshoot, and follow up on customer concerns
• Skillful in conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain focus, and self-direct
• Strong team player with a customer-centric approach
• Ability to succeed in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with frequent changes and uncertainties
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with both team members and customers
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located
• Willingness to undergo a Level II background and/or security check with fingerprinting
• Willingness to participate in drug screening; this does not apply in Canada
