This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Manage and direct incoming inquiries at the front door.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for all inbound communications — including email, website chat, voicemail, and contact forms.
• Accurately capture context in HubSpot and transition it to the appropriate Engagement Specialist or Client Success Manager, ensuring the next conversation is seamless for the client.
• Assess leads to determine suitability before our closers invest their time.
• Take ownership of referral data and its accuracy.
• Ensure every referred lead is appropriately tagged, credited to the correct source, and tracked effectively through the pipeline.
• Collaborate with our Client Engagement Manager on the growth of the network while they spearhead partner development; you will ensure we understand what strategies are effective.
• Conduct outreach for client feedback.
• Hold regular feedback discussions with current clients.
• Analyze insights gathered from the front door and clients to identify themes for Marketing and Client Success.
• 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role (sales, account management, customer success, or a similar position).
• Excellent written communication skills — your emails should convey warmth, clarity, and a human touch.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; proficiency in HubSpot is highly preferred.
• Availability for internal meetings during morning hours of US EST business time.
• Eagerness to quickly learn the fundamentals of US expat tax — while certifications are not required, you must acquire enough knowledge to triage and qualify leads with confidence.
