This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Manage incoming calls and proactively initiate outbound calls to arrange appointments for new customers and address scheduling requirements, with an expected minimum of 70 calls each day.
• Swiftly respond to and handle incoming customer inquiries through calls, texts, and various other channels, emphasizing quick live-call responses and prompt follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
• Oversee daily tasks and meticulously record lead information, call results, and follow-up actions in our CRM system, Marathon (training will be provided).
• Utilize your sales expertise to grasp each customer's needs and effectively convey the value of Barkbus.
• Establish a connection with pet parents by tailoring each interaction and recognizing their dog's grooming needs and preferences.
• Take full responsibility for securing bookings during calls, ensuring clear next steps and confirmed appointments.
• Organize and schedule appointments for our team of professional groomers, including careful management of rescheduling and special requests, while working with operations and dispatch to optimize efficiency and routing.
• Work alongside internal teams to continuously enhance operations, systems, and the overall customer experience.
• Achieve performance targets, including a minimum of 7 bookings per day and generating $1,500 in daily revenue.
• Maintain high responsiveness and availability during scheduled shifts, providing a dependable customer experience with quick response times and disciplined follow-up practices.
• At least 1-2 years of demonstrated success in both inbound and outbound sales, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Strong experience in both inbound and outbound sales; capability to cold call, generate leads, establish rapport, identify customer needs, and close deals.
• Ability to consistently manage a high volume of calls per day (minimum of 70 calls daily).
• Proven track record of meeting and ideally exceeding sales targets, with a strong emphasis on daily revenue performance and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and a friendly, customer-focused demeanor.
• Adaptable and responsive to changing schedules and business requirements, with a mindset focused on flexibility and development.
• Fully equipped for remote work: reliable internet connection, a dependable computer setup, and a professional-grade headset for effective communication.
• Average annual bonus of $2,400, distributed and paid monthly based on performance.
