This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond to incoming calls from potential clients in a dynamic environment as well as make outbound calls.
• Establish rapport, evaluate customer requirements, and suggest suitable products and services.
• Articulate features, pricing, and advantages clearly to enhance order value.
• Professionally and confidently address objections utilizing established sales techniques.
• Precisely input customer and order information into CRM systems.
• Conduct follow-up calls on inquiries that did not convert.
• Achieve or surpass daily and weekly sales targets as well as quality standards.
• Partner with supervisors and colleagues to consistently enhance performance.
• Inbound Phone Sales Experience: At least 1 year in a high-volume inbound sales or customer service setting.
• Sales & Communication Skills: A confident, persuasive, goal-driven communicator with strong verbal and written abilities.
• Call Center Readiness: Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, metrics-oriented environment.
• Technology Proficiency: CRM experience is mandatory (Salesforce is a plus).
• Familiarity with cloud contact center platforms (Five9 is a plus).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple systems and screens while actively engaging with customers.
• Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong attendance, punctuality, and the ability to manage workload independently.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Hourly wage plus commission (with a minimum commission guarantee).
• Unlimited earning potential (top performers can earn over $100k annually).
