This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Interact with both incoming and outgoing calls from external and internal clients through various channels including voice, chat, email, text, and other platforms for sales and customer service-related matters.
• Achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience objectives.
• Execute outbound calling campaigns directed at residential customers.
• Quickly grasp, retain, and recall product information while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Maintain satisfactory performance metrics pertaining to efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the sales database throughout all stages of the service and sales process.
• Demonstrate above-average proficiency and accuracy in detailed tasks.
• Meet or surpass key performance indicators (KPIs) established by management and the business unit.
• Adhere to consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English, with the ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from customers and technicians.
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Preferably, 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong customer/client focus.
• Flexibility in work approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Basic understanding of technology.
• For remote work, must be willing and able to attend in-person meetings at the local call center as required for training, events, etc. A proven track record in sales (telecom sales experience is a plus).
• Comprehension of the fundamentals of a competitive market environment.
• Capacity to multitask using various tools and systems (knowledge base, team meetings, supervisor) and apply information to customer scenarios.
• Demonstrated functional ability to communicate and explain essential account information to customers, including their billing statements, products, and services, with a focus on first-call resolution, retaining revenue, and enhancing value.
• Proficiently address and resolve customer concerns through active listening, empathy, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be capable of thriving in a fast-paced, structured, dynamic, and high-transaction environment, maintaining composure under stress, and managing upset or angry customers.
• Proven ability to meet established goals and performance metrics while working with moderate supervision and guidance.
• Strong emphasis on attendance; availability to work nights, weekends, variable shifts, and overtime as required.
• Ability to work independently while seeking leadership support when needed.
• Collaborate with the Sales Enablement Manager to achieve sales objectives.
