📋 Description

• Oversee incoming customer interactions across various channels, with an emphasis on conversions, customer satisfaction, and revenue enhancement.

• Address inbound sales inquiries from both potential and existing clients.

• Recognize opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

• Suggest products and services that align with customer requirements.

• Optimize revenue through proficient consultative selling techniques.

• Contribute to the enhancement of sales scripts and conversion strategies.

• Employ active listening skills to grasp customer objectives and preferences.

• Pose discovery questions to reveal sales opportunities.

• Offer customized product recommendations.

• Establish trust and confidence throughout the purchasing journey.

• Achieve campaign-specific KPIs, sales targets, and quality benchmarks.

• Adhere to SOPs and compliance protocols.

• Maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations.

• Engage in coaching, training, and feedback sessions.

• Take part in team initiatives and sales campaigns.

• Share best practices and effective strategies.

• Welcome feedback for ongoing improvement.

• Adjust to evolving priorities and new tasks.

• Experience in sales or customer service is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Capability to upsell, cross-sell, and close inbound sales opportunities.

• A strong commitment to providing outstanding service.

• Proficient in effectively resolving customer issues.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.

• Basic computer skills are required.
