This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

β’ Handle inbound, pre-qualified leads while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to a scheduled shift with strong schedule compliance.
β’ Perform comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.
β’ Inform families about personalized senior care solutions and assist in identifying the senior living communities and home care providers that best suit their requirements.
β’ Serve as the intermediary between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.
β’ A minimum of two years' experience in inside sales or inbound call centers.
β’ Proven track record of surpassing sales goals.
β’ Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including conversing on the phone and taking notes on the computer.
β’ Proficient computer and typing skills are essential, including knowledge of Word and Excel, and the capability to learn and navigate an internal CRM system.
