📋 Description

• Join a rapidly expanding industry as a knowledgeable resource for families exploring senior care solutions, providing an outstanding experience in line with our company mission.

• Handle incoming, pre-qualified leads while working remotely from your home office as an inside sales representative, adhering to a designated schedule.

• Perform comprehensive initial consultation calls with families.

• Inform families about tailored senior care options and assist them in identifying the senior living communities and home care providers that best suit their requirements.

• Serve as the intermediary between families and senior housing communities or care providers after successfully completing the four-week new hire training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of two years of experience in inside sales or inbound call centers.

• Proven track record of surpassing sales goals.

• Capability to multitask; concurrently engage in phone conversations while taking notes on the computer.

• Proficient computer and typing skills are essential, including knowledge of Word and Excel, along with the ability to learn and navigate an internal CRM system.
