This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Meet and surpass designated sales quotas through proactive outreach, engaging presentations, and negotiations with K12 decision-makers.
• Formulate and implement strategic sales plans to discover and target new opportunities within your specified territory.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, clearly conveying the value proposition of Parchment K12 solutions.
• Establish and sustain a strong sales pipeline, diligently tracking progress and forecasting sales activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales engineering, marketing, and customer success, to guarantee a seamless customer experience.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with potential clients.
• Remain informed on industry trends, competitor actions, and product advancements to uphold a competitive advantage.
• Engage in industry events, conferences, and webinars to represent Instructure and connect with potential clients.
• Keep precise and current records in the CRM system.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of successful B2B sales experience, with a solid track record of exceeding quotas, preferably in the K12 education technology sector.
• Strong comprehension of the K12 education market and its distinctive challenges and opportunities.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven capability to manage intricate sales cycles and cultivate strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Google Suite.
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to client locations and industry events.
