This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Manage all scheduled video discovery calls, addressing prospect inquiries and articulating our services with confidence and professionalism.
β’ Conduct diligent and consistent follow-ups with potential clients over extended timeframes.
β’ Keep a clear, up-to-date, and accurate pipeline within our CRM.
β’ Analyze your recorded discovery calls collaboratively with the team to foster continuous improvement.
β’ Arrive early or on time for both internal and external meetings, without exception.
β’ Work in conjunction with the team to facilitate seamless transitions for clients from sales to recruiting.
β’ Communicate any recurring objections, feedback, or issues from prospects to the Manager.
β’ C2 Fluent English proficiency is REQUIRED.
β’ Prior experience as a B2B remote closer for a US-based company is highly preferred.
β’ Must possess self-motivation and a high level of productivity in a remote work setting.
β’ Strongly driven by financial incentives and earnings potential.
β’ Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and pose insightful questions to uncover prospect pain points.
β’ Solid computer skills and a quick aptitude for learning new software.
β’ Experience with GoHighLevel or advanced CRM systems is required.
β’ Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
