This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Manage all scheduled video discovery calls, respond to prospect inquiries, and deliver a confident and professional explanation of our services.
• Consistently and diligently follow up with potential clients over extended timeframes.
• Keep a clear, current, and accurate pipeline in our CRM system.
• Review your recorded discovery calls with the team to foster continuous improvement.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless transitions for clients from sales to recruiting.
• Previous experience as a B2B remote closer for a US company is highly preferred.
• Proficient computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new software.
• Experience with GoHighLevel or general advanced CRM systems is essential.
• Must be self-driven and highly effective in a remote work setting.
• Demonstrated ability to overcome objections and ask insightful questions to identify prospect pain points.
• Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
