Inbound Sales Development Representative, Mexico/Pakistan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• The Inbound Sales Development Representative will be responsible for managing all inbound leads, including demo requests, webinar signups, content downloads, pricing inquiries, and general information requests.

• Your role involves engaging and qualifying these leads and continuing to nurture them until they attend a demo.

• Ensure a response to every inbound lead within 5 minutes of their submission.

• Utilize email and call sequences to guide leads until they confirm attendance at the demo.

• Oversee the complete inbound lead backlog to ensure these leads are either completed or handed off appropriately.

• When the inbound volume decreases, you maintain your productivity by continuing to pursue previously acquired leads to meet monthly quotas.

• This position is process-driven; maintain an organized CRM with logged activities and properly staged leads to prevent any oversight.


⛳️ Requirements

• Sales Experience: 0–2 years in sales, SDR, or customer-facing roles (this position serves as an excellent entry point into tech sales).

• You value speed; you do not procrastinate on follow-ups and ensure leads remain warm.

• You are organized and process-oriented, capable of working independently without constant guidance.

• You possess a coachable attitude, curiosity, and a competitive spirit.

• Comfortable communicating effectively both on the phone and in writing.

• Familiarity with the home services industry is advantageous.

• Experience with a CRM (HubSpot is a plus) is beneficial but not mandatory.

• You demonstrate a strong work ethic and self-discipline.

• Capable of working effectively in a remote environment with a stable internet connection of 50+ Mbps, and willing to work during the graveyard shift.
