This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Promptly respond to and qualify incoming leads with professionalism, speed, and accuracy.
• Engage in discovery conversations to uncover the needs and challenges of prospects.
• Oversee and finalize leads within a low to mid-ticket sales framework.
• Keep detailed CRM records and ensure the sales pipeline remains up to date.
• Implement thorough follow-up sequences to cultivate prospects and enhance conversion rates.
• Assume full responsibility for your lead queue from the first interaction to the final outcome.
• Outstanding English communication abilities (both verbal and written) with a confident, clear, and professional demeanor.
• Demonstrated background as an SDR or in inside sales, ideally within B2B SaaS or a digital agency.
• Strong expertise in CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel (GHL) or HubSpot.
• Proven capacity to advance leads through a dynamic sales cycle.
• Self-driven work ethic with the capability to operate independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and a "closer" mindset—you are capable of managing your day without needing guidance.
