This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Manage and follow up on incoming leads generated by marketing.
• Qualify opportunities through calls to understand the context, needs, and potential of the client.
• Schedule qualified meetings with the sales team.
• Record and update lead information in the CRM in an organized and consistent manner.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to enhance the quality and conversion of incoming leads.
• Previous experience in commercial roles or managing incoming leads (SDR, BDR, sales, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills, active listening, and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to efficiently manage multiple leads.
• Experience in SaaS companies (preferred, especially in HR technology).
• Intermediate/advanced English proficiency.
• Fully remote.
