📋 Description

• Manage and track inbound leads generated from marketing efforts.

• Qualify opportunities through calls to understand the client's context, needs, and potential.

• Schedule qualified meetings with the sales team.

• Record and update lead information in the CRM in an organized and consistent manner.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance the quality and conversion rates of inbound leads.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Prior experience in commercial roles or handling inbound leads (SDR, BDR, Sales, etc.).

• Excellent communication, active listening, and organizational skills.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple leads.

• Experience in SaaS companies (preferred, especially in HR Tech).

• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
