This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ethiopia.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from potential healthcare clients.
• Assess leads according to established criteria and direct opportunities appropriately.
• Arrange appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Keep precise records of activities and leads in the CRM system.
• Follow up with incoming prospects to ensure prompt engagement.
• Understand and effectively communicate the company’s healthcare-centric value proposition.
• Work in tandem with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
• Previous experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting position.
• Prior remote work experience is essential, with proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without prior remote work experience will not be considered.
• Experience engaging with US or UK-based companies or customers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort in speaking with prospects over the phone.
• Basic experience with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
• A dependable internet connection and a professional setup for remote work.
