• Maintain high close rates and consistent follow-up practices.

• Precisely track pipeline and communications within the CRM system.
• Ensure quick response to leads and effective pipeline management.
• Demonstrated success as an inbound sales closer.
• Excellent phone and communication abilities.
• Engaging and authentic personality capable of quickly building trust with clients.
• Comfortable representing a premium, market-leading brand and selling based on value, reliability, and quality rather than discounts.
• Strong consultative selling skills with confidence in engaging high-end homeowners.
• High urgency and responsiveness in all interactions.
• Organized and disciplined in follow-up efforts.
• Capable of managing a high volume of leads.
• Self-motivated and accountable in a remote work environment.

• Base compensation that includes ramp-up plus commission.
