This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Respond to Incoming Calls: Engage with individuals who have initiated their insurance search through our app.

• Streamline the Experience: Assist customers in comparing over 55 insurance providers to identify the best fit for their financial needs.

• Address Concerns: Listen attentively to customer issues and provide solutions that instill confidence in their decisions.

• Finalize Agreements: Aid customers in completing their new policy on the spot.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess experience in a premium retail setting (such as Apple, Microsoft, Nordstrom, Lululemon, Disney, Costco, etc.).

• You have a genuine passion for assisting others and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day.

• You are proficient in using a computer and can navigate various screens while conversing with a customer.

• Compensation: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour plus unlimited commission potential.
