Inbound Sales Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Respond to incoming calls, delivering an exceptional experience for our customers.

• This position involves only inbound calls; there are no outbound cold calls required.

• Share the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by illustrating how we can effortlessly remove junk with just a point of a finger.

• Customers may call for various reasons, including inquiries about our services, checking if we service their area, scheduling a pickup, or asking about pricing.

• In these scenarios, you'll address their questions and convert those inquiries into bookings for our truck team members to collect their items.

• All new agents are expected to be available to start on June 26th.

• You will undergo 3 weeks of comprehensive remote training, fully paid, ensuring your success in the role.

• Following the training period, each agent will join a team with a Team Lead who will provide support and guidance to foster your development.

⛳️ Requirements

• You must be legally permitted to work in Canada and currently reside in Ontario.

• Availability for training during the initial 3 weeks is required, specifically between 10 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday EDT.

• A pleasant telephone demeanor, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is essential.

• Must be comfortable with learning new technologies and possess a good typing speed (minimum of 25 wpm).

• A quiet home workspace, a fast and reliable wired internet connection, and a personal computer with at least 8GB of memory are necessary.

• Experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant fields is an advantage!
