This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +5 more states.
• Enhance Yelp’s revenue retention by delivering exceptional and prompt customer support.
• Advise and inform existing Yelp advertisers.
• Demonstrate value by illustrating investment returns through advertising performance metrics.
• Manage escalated client issues with effective listening and conflict resolution skills.
• Display strong communication abilities with clients and fellow Yelp team members.
• Maintain organization and efficiency in a dynamic work environment.
• Regularly meet or surpass monthly targets.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of 3 years of relevant client-facing experience.
• Proficient in using computers and information systems.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
• Strong aptitude for problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred.
• Comprehension of local businesses and their significance in the economy.
• Outstanding time management and organizational capabilities.
• Ability to navigate challenging conversations in a professional manner.
• Skill in balancing consulting with support as required.
• Openness to receiving and implementing feedback.
