Senior Clinical Retention Specialist – North (MA, NY, PA, NJ, ME, CT, RI, NH, VT)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a clinical expert for intricate diabetes management situations that necessitate advanced judgment and intervention.

• Provide tailored, advanced clinical education and training through phone and virtual platforms.

• Oversee clinical retention targets assigned for a specific geographic area.

• Implement established retention strategies while customizing engagement methods to fit individual patient and regional requirements.

• Evaluate and resolve multifaceted barriers to therapy continuity, including clinical, behavioral, psychosocial, logistical, or access-related issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; advanced clinical education is preferred.

• An active clinical credential is required (RN or RD).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting insulin pump therapy and diabetes technology.

• Proven expertise in managing complex clinical cases and interactions with providers.

• Current CDCES credential is required.

• Experience in a senior resource or informal mentor role is preferred.

• Capability to maintain all necessary licensure and Omnipod certifications.
