This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Assist in the planning and execution of retention campaigns and promotional activities for both existing and new users across the AF markets.
• Track key performance indicators (Retention, Reactivation, ROI) and generate reports to monitor user engagement and optimization.
• Work in collaboration with internal product and analytics teams to enhance retention tools and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Help guarantee that regional offers and promotions are launched on schedule and remain competitive.
• Coordinate with external partners regarding campaign execution and follow-up responsibilities.
• Contribute operational insights to support personalization and automation initiatives in the region.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in retention, CRM, or customer lifecycle management.
• Prior experience in the Online Casino or wider iGaming industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach.
• Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with retention and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
