This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a specialized clinical resource for intricate diabetes management situations that necessitate advanced judgment and intervention.

• Provide personalized, advanced clinical education and training through phone and virtual platforms.

• Oversee clinical retention targets assigned to a specific geographic area.

• Execute impactful inbound and outbound communications to evaluate satisfaction, emphasize product value, and eliminate obstacles to ongoing use.

• Foster and sustain robust working relationships with healthcare providers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory; advanced clinical education is preferred.

• An active clinical credential is required (RN or RD).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting insulin pump therapy and diabetes technology.

• Proven expertise in managing complex clinical cases and interactions with providers.

• A current CDCES credential is required.

• Experience in serving as a senior resource or informal mentor is preferred.

• Ability to maintain all necessary licensure and Omnipod certifications.
