This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of Afina’s email and SMS retention strategy from start to finish.
• Develop and enhance flows in Klaviyo, including welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, and more.
• Initiate high-impact campaigns that generate revenue on a weekly basis.
• Create advanced segmentation and tailored customer journeys.
• Conduct rigorous A/B testing on copy, offers, creatives, send times, and CTAs.
• Enhance retention, lifetime value, deliverability, and revenue per recipient.
• Manage filter replenishment lifecycle campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with growth, creative, and customer experience teams to rapidly scale retention efforts.
• Minimum of 3 years in email/SMS marketing for direct-to-consumer or e-commerce brands.
• Extensive experience with Klaviyo.
• Demonstrated success in driving measurable retention and revenue growth.
• Strong copywriting skills and a knack for conversion.
• Data-driven approach with robust analytical capabilities.
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced startup environment.
