Senior Email & Lifecycle Marketing Manager – Retention, Dutch-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of outcomes and relationships for 4–5 high-value Shopify brands generating over $5 million annually, tackling the most intricate strategic challenges.

• Create sophisticated retention strategies and playbooks — crafting your own copy and guiding creative efforts to achieve outstanding results.

• Provide mentorship to team specialists, enhance process efficiencies, and represent OKTOBER in complex client negotiations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of direct Klaviyo experience, preferably with an agency or an 8-figure+ brand background.

• Mastery of retention strategy and comprehensive funnel thinking — focusing beyond just email metrics.

• A proven ability to build relationships, demonstrating strong business acumen while mentoring colleagues.
