
Inbound Performance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Take ownership of the management of all inbound leads across 25 brands.
• Track the conversion of leads into scheduled inspections.
• Identify issues in lead conversion and suggest solutions.
• Review existing call service setups and oversee vendor management.
• Establish a consistent communication strategy via phone, text, and email.
• Validate the model and develop the team as it generates its own revenue.
• Conduct outbound follow-ups on leads that have not converted.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in inbound performance, contact center leadership, lead management, or marketing operations.
• Proven track record with conversion results.
• Skilled in building initiatives from the ground up and scaling based on returns.
• Practical experience in handling inbound calls.
• Experience in overseeing the rollout of telephony or unified communications.
• Familiarity with tools such as Dialpad, RingCentral, or comparable platforms.
• Genuine leadership experience in hiring and coaching personnel.
