This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Providing guidance to company leaders on strategies for recruiting new talent or securing contracts through our innovative systems.
• Proactively scheduling appointments with warm inbound leads who are prepared for your call.
• Conducting pre-qualification of prospects for consultations with our experts by utilizing our system, which has been validated thousands of times.
• Engaging in team meetings and managing minor administrative duties (our fully automated CRM handles 99% of the mundane tasks for you).
• Excellent German pronunciation coupled with high energy levels.
• A strong willingness to learn, a performance-driven mindset, and a commitment to ongoing personal development.
• Some prior experience in telephone cold calling, ideally ranging from 1 to 3 years in sales.
• Preferably, previous experience working in an agency or in sales coaching.
