This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Organize and monitor incoming delivery appointments and shipments within our TMS — from the point of origin to delivery — proactively identifying delays or scheduling conflicts for internal stakeholders.
• Verify received quantities against purchase orders (POs) and advance shipment notices (ASNs), coordinating the quality inspection of incoming goods and documenting any shortages, overages, damages, or discrepancies for escalation to vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with 3PL teams on the storage and placement of newly received inventory to ensure accurate records in the system.
• Maintain proactive communication with carriers, suppliers, and 3PL partners regarding shipment ETAs, delays, and necessary documentation through our TMS, fostering strong working relationships to ensure consistent performance.
• Actively identify and address issues — such as missed appointments, receiving discrepancies, or documentation errors — that are flagged in our TMS or arise during the receiving process.
• Work closely with internal teams — including procurement, logistics, and fulfillment — to ensure effective coordination throughout inbound receiving operations.
• Keep precise, up-to-date records of inbound receiving and communication logs.
• Analyze inbound shipment and PO information to autonomously carry out receiving tasks with minimal supervision.
• Discover opportunities to enhance inbound receiving workflows and support scalable operations throughout the fulfillment network.
• 1-3 years of experience in logistics, receiving, inbound transportation, or supply chain, ideally in an eCommerce or supply chain setting.
• Knowledge of third-party logistics providers, carrier networks, and inbound transportation processes.
• Proven experience in scheduling inbound delivery appointments and managing dock/receiving operations across different transportation modes.
• Strong capability to reconcile received inventory with purchase orders and advance shipment notices, inspect incoming goods, and accurately document discrepancies.
• High level of precision in handling receiving documentation, quality inspections, and inventory records.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and external logistics partners.
• Proficient in working with Transportation Management Systems (Uber Freight preferred), ERP (Netsuite preferred), Order Management Systems, and Warehouse Management Systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a dynamic logistics environment.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines in a remote work setting.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English fluently.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with FC/3PL teams on inventory placement and putaway to guarantee accurate and timely stock availability.
• Proven track record of coordinating receiving and putaway across a multi-FC network, ensuring accurate and timely inventory availability.
