Inbound Lead Development Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Manage inbound customer service and technical support inquiries related to products via phone, chat, and email in various languages.

• Utilize probing questions and critical thinking skills to determine appropriate next steps while demonstrating empathy and patience.

• Accurately document the caller’s inquiry, the troubleshooting steps taken, and the resolution or next steps, including proper routing to the correct queue.

• Adhere to established and professional escalation procedures.

• Provide remote support to individuals requiring assistance with their payroll services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in one of the following states: AR, CO, FL, GA, KS, NC, NH, NJ, OH, OK, OR, PA, TN, TX, VA.

• Must successfully complete all assessments, background checks, and drug screenings.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Proficient in verbal and written communication in English and French (Quebecois).

• Ability to type quickly and accurately.

• Capable of managing high volumes of chat and calls.

• Strong customer service and de-escalation abilities.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to navigate multiple applications and windows to deliver accurate information to users.

• Flexibility to work shifts based on business requirements.

• Previous experience with CRM systems is preferred.
