Inbound Donor Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from donors

• Deliver polite and professional support to callers

• Adhere to approved scripts and campaign guidelines

• Precisely document pledge and donation details

• Confirm donor and transaction information

• Operate multiple computer systems during calls

• Ensure confidentiality is maintained

• Comply with quality and regulatory standards

• Achieve set attendance and performance benchmarks

• Assist nonprofit organizations and their donors through designated fundraising campaigns

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required

• At least six months of remote customer service experience OR a minimum of one year of in-person customer service experience

• Excellent verbal communication skills

• Strong active listening abilities

• Precise data entry capabilities

• Basic proficiency in computer usage

• Capacity to navigate multiple systems while communicating

• Reliable and professional work habits

• A quiet and dedicated workspace at home

• Must have a Windows 11 computer

• Minimum of 8GB RAM; 16GB is preferred

• USB noise-canceling headset required

• Wired high-speed internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection necessary

• Must have a quiet and distraction-free work environment

• Dual monitors are recommended for efficiency

• Devices such as MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not permitted

• Required certification must be completed prior to servicing

• Eligibility may vary based on experience, location, equipment, background checks, and certification outcomes
