This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.
• You will respond professionally to technical inquiries from customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through your competent and friendly demeanor.
• You will provide guidance to customers regarding additional products and services available from the telecommunications company, tailoring solutions to meet their needs effectively.
• You will enter and manage customer master data within our computer systems.
• Exceptional proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken (native-level).
• Strong communication abilities and fluency in verbal presentations.
• Comfortable engaging in product consultations and sales activities.
• A technical mindset coupled with a solution-oriented approach to work.
• A strong sense of responsibility and high levels of motivation.
• Flexibility regarding working hours.
• A permanent employment contract with flexible working hours.
