This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Manage inbound communications for prominent brands, assisting customers with inquiries, service requests, account requirements, and product assistance.
• Leverage our guided systems and resources to provide exceptional customer service while ensuring professionalism, precision, and brand consistency.
• Deliver customer support to clients through phone, email, and chat channels.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• U.S. residents only (excluding CA, CO, CT, MA, MD, NY, OR, WA, WI).
• Capability to adhere to detailed processes and achieve performance targets.
• Excellent communication and active listening abilities.
• Proficiency in navigating computer applications and web-based tools.
• Ability to work independently and maintain accountability to schedules.
• Preferred: Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with environments that provide phone-based or computer-based support.
