This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Provide inbound customer service with a focus on sales, aiming to determine customer needs, respond to inquiries, complete necessary procedures, and suggest products and/or services.
• The agent is responsible for recognizing customer needs and delivering a practical, objective solution in line with the established product and/or service protocols.
• Engage in the sale of products and services.
• Perform specific technical tasks: Call center services that offer telephony voice or data products, working with service bundles for residential or mobile phone lines, data packages, broadband, and fiber services.
• Utilize systems to document interactions and manage service activities.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma (completed) is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to persuade effectively.
• Strong negotiation and argumentation capabilities.
• Basic computer skills and typing proficiency are necessary.
• Availability for training and the ability to work from home (Home Office).
• Ideally, candidates should live close to the Atento Ribeirão Preto unit.
