Inbound Customer Service Agent – Consumer Relations

📋 Description

• Address escalated customer service challenges.

• Deliver an exceptional quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers.

• Collaborate with various internal departments to achieve fair resolutions.

• Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related issues.

• Develop innovative solutions that prioritize the interests of both customers and GE Appliances.

• Engage and coordinate with essential stakeholders to effectively resolve consumer concerns.

• Conduct consumer satisfaction reviews prior to case closure.

• Adhere to work schedule requirements with compliance and integrity.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• At least 1 year of Call Center experience.

• A minimum of 2 years in Escalated Customer Service roles.

• Proficient communication skills in English are essential.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience navigating multiple online applications.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to effectively multitask.

• Capability to manage high-volume calls while simultaneously utilizing multiple online applications.

• Previous remote work experience is preferred.
