β€’ Address escalated customer service challenges.

β€’ Deliver an exceptional quality service experience for GE Appliance consumers.

β€’ Collaborate with various internal departments to achieve fair resolutions.

β€’ Follow up with customers via phone, email, or text to address appliance-related issues.

β€’ Develop innovative solutions that prioritize the interests of both customers and GE Appliances.

β€’ Engage and coordinate with essential stakeholders to effectively resolve consumer concerns.

β€’ Conduct consumer satisfaction reviews prior to case closure.

β€’ Adhere to work schedule requirements with compliance and integrity.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ High School Diploma or GED is required.

β€’ At least 1 year of Call Center experience.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years in Escalated Customer Service roles.

β€’ Proficient communication skills in English are essential.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

β€’ Moderate to advanced computer skills, with experience navigating multiple online applications.

β€’ Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to effectively multitask.

β€’ Capability to manage high-volume calls while simultaneously utilizing multiple online applications.

β€’ Previous remote work experience is preferred.
