This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +7 more states.
• Deliver direct assistance to GE Appliances Owners, emphasizing both sales and service by effectively balancing customer service with inbound sales, identifying opportunities to upsell products and services, and consistently achieving established sales performance metrics and KPIs as a fundamental aspect of the role.
• Responsibilities encompass providing product information, registration assistance, as well as addressing inquiries related to service, parts, delivery, and dealer locations.
• Concierge agents will resolve owner issues through troubleshooting, sales support, service, referrals, and offering minor concessions.
• Create, update, and retrieve owner records to document facts related to complaints, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
• Actively provide feedback to Quality and Training teams to ensure that training processes and materials remain current.
• Comply with safety policies and procedures to maintain a secure work environment for everyone.
• Assist other business areas as directed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• One year of relevant experience in a customer service or sales setting.
• Must be a proactive individual, a self-starter who takes initiative, possessing in-depth knowledge of processes and procedures, with a strong ability to follow through to resolve owner issues effectively.
• Ability to research, analyze data, and make informed decisions regarding escalated owner concerns while demonstrating good judgment in assisting owners professionally.
• Requires a high level of concentration and attention to detail for managing daily tasks.
• Excellent team player with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with owners at all organizational levels.
• Maintain professional interactions to foster and ensure brand loyalty for GE Appliance Branded Products.
• Operate with integrity and seek leadership guidance as necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
• Familiarity with web-based systems for data retrieval to troubleshoot and resolve issues, comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.
• Ability to effectively work from home.
• Computer skills must include proficiency in MS Office Suite and the capability to navigate various systems and screens.
