This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
β’ Manage all scheduled video discovery calls, responding to prospect inquiries and articulating our services with confidence and professionalism.
β’ Consistently and diligently follow up with potential clients over extended time frames.
β’ Keep a clear, current, and accurate pipeline in our CRM system.
β’ Review your recorded discovery calls with the team to foster continuous improvement.
β’ Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless transitions for clients from sales to recruiting.
β’ C2 Fluent English is a must.
β’ Prior B2B remote closing experience with a US company is highly preferred.
β’ Must demonstrate self-motivation and productivity in a remote work setting.
β’ Proven ability to overcome objections and ask insightful questions to uncover prospect pain points.
β’ Strong computer skills and a quick aptitude for learning new software.
β’ Experience with GoHighLevel (or general advanced CRM experience) is required.
β’ Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
