This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.
• Maximize sales efficiencies while achieving or surpassing targeted net sales volume.
• Foster and uphold the Hilton Grand Vacations and Hilton Club brand culture.
• Support and oversee all sales line operations by mentoring, modeling, and reinforcing effective sales and customer service practices, behaviors, and outcomes.
• Maintain a professional appearance and personal demeanor that aligns with HGV's standards of integrity, quality, and customer service.
• Proven history of exceptional results in timeshare sales.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mentoring, coaching, or supervising team members.
• Over 2 years of demonstrated front-to-back sales experience in the timeshare industry.
• Previous sales closing or sales management experience is essential.
• Basic technical skills to navigate software such as Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, Microsoft Outlook, etc.
• Active state real estate license (if required in the state of residence).
• Must reside in a state where HGV maintains an active broker relationship (AZ, FL, HI, MO, NV, NY, NC, SC, TN, UT, VA).
