This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Conducting job sourcing for positions within the Washington, DC area as well as internationally.

• Engaging in high-volume sourcing and interviewing while exercising sound judgment.

• Performing thorough candidate evaluations, which include spotting gaps and potential issues.

• Demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage without explicit direction.

• Maintaining a consistently organized pipeline and following through on processes.

• Communicating clearly and making informed decisions even under pressure.

• Grasping the significance of roles to the business—not merely filling positions.
