In-Home Traveler Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health evaluations, connecting with individuals in their residences.

• Travel up to 100% within the designated coverage area.

• Perform virtual visits as necessary.

• Deliver all Signify Health services as required, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Build trusted relationships to enhance health outcomes.

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) within the specified coverage area(s).

• Capable of obtaining and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area as needed.
