In-Home Traveler Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-home health assessments, interacting with individuals in their residences.

• Travel up to 100% within the designated coverage area, including potential overnight stays as needed.

• Develop trusted relationships to enhance health outcomes.

• Perform virtual consultations when necessary.

• Offer all Signify Health services as required, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Capable of acquiring and maintaining multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as required.
