In-Home Travel Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nevada.

📋 Description

• Conduct In-Home Health Evaluations within members’ residences.

• Foster trusted relationships and contribute to improved health outcomes.

• Perform approximately 45-minute evaluations during each visit.

• Assess medications and review medical histories.

• Execute physical evaluations.

• Carry out additional diagnostic tests when required, including diabetic eye exams, spirometry, and bone density screenings.

• Utilize an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for every evaluation.

• Facilitate virtual visits as necessary.

• Offer Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

• Travel locally and across licensed states, which may involve overnight hotel stays, car rentals, and flights.

• Engage with individuals nationwide and link them to suitable care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant credentials.

• Active and unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Ability to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in the coverage area, as required.

• Willingness to cover all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs.

• Capability to perform duties comfortably and safely in homes that may include pets, secondhand smoke, and other potential airborne allergens or irritants.

• Openness to travel locally and within licensed states, including up to 100% travel.

• Ability to conduct virtual visits as required.
