In-Home Physician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct health evaluations within clients' homes.

• Interact with individuals in the comfort of their residences.

• Facilitate virtual consultations as necessary.

• Deliver all services offered by Signify Health, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in relevant coverage area(s).

• Multi-state licenses are preferred.
