In-Home Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Conduct health assessments in the homes of clients, ensuring a comfortable environment for evaluations.

• Foster essential relationships to address care gaps effectively.

• Be prepared to travel up to 100% within a designated coverage area, including overnight stays as necessary.

• Perform virtual consultations when required.

• Possess an active, unrestricted license(s) in the relevant coverage area(s).

• Board certification is mandatory.

• Capability to acquire and maintain multi-state licenses in the designated coverage area, as needed.

• Must be able to cover all counties within the state and adapt to other business needs as they arise.
