Import and Export Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee customs clearance processes and track import and export operations.

• Examine Import Declarations and other pertinent documentation associated with operations.

• Carry out international trade activities for the importation and exportation of goods and services, offering technical support as needed.

• Prepare and evaluate documentation while coordinating with government entities, customs brokers, freight forwarders, carriers, and clients.

• Supervise all phases of the international trade supply chain, ensuring adherence to timelines and protocols.

• Deliver customer service and support, guaranteeing the accuracy of information and quality of services provided.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Import and Export.

• Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level.

• Preferred proficiency in English.

• A personal computer is required to perform the job duties.
